               Brittany Dillard, LAC

is a Licensed Associate Counselor with over 8 years of experience the in the field of mental health, case management, and forensic psychology. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Hampton University in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Most of her work has included working with inmate populations in many treatment settings including halfway houses, county jails, and state prisons. Their treatment included individual and group mental health therapy, crisis management, reentry/discharge planning, and risk assessments. Brittany's mission is to help her clients, which includes young adults and adults, find a path toward healing through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Modification, and Mindfulness techniques. She is well versed in a number of different disorders including anxiety, depression, addictions, anger related issues, adjustment disorder, and life transitions. Brittany firmly believes that everyone is capable of achieving full mental and emotional wellness and she works to provide a safe space and offer support for clients to reach that goal.
