Saul Villar, LSW

is a Licensed Social Worker who has worked in the field of social work for over 15 years and has done direct practice counseling for 3 years at Resolution Point. Saul received his degree from Rutgers University School of Social Work and primarily focuses on adolescent and adult populations, as well as couples. He works with Depression,  Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar, Relational Conflicts, Eating Disorders, Body Dysmorphia and LGBTQ+ issues. Saul uses various modalities, such as: Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Counseling, Nurtured Heart and Structural Family Therapy on both an individual and couple’s basis. Saul is committed to establishing a partnership and together overcome existing challenges. With an emphasis on strengths, instead of pathological behavior, Saul is able to find unique solutions that best fit each individual or couple.
