Marlena Castro
LCSW
is a licensed mental health clinician who received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University. She has worked as a mental health clinician in a residential group home, servicing adolescent males suffering from depression, opposition defiance disorder, anxiety, etc. Marlena has also worked as an Intensive In-Community Clinician (IIC) whose purpose is to strengthen, stabilize and preserve the family unit in the community setting. She has worked as a mental health clinician/crisis screener providing face-to-face crisis evaluation services and community outreaches for adults and children. Marlena uses a multi-disciplinary approach to assist her clients in achieving their treatment goals.
